 Online shipping cost are based on business addresses.
Customer is required to unload the shipment(s) with a forklift and WILL ONLY HAVE 15 minutes to unload
FIRST TIME ORDERS
We will need you to filled out a Credit Card Authorization Form, this will prevent fraud and/or chargebacks.
  THE FOLLOWING WILL INCUR ADDITONAL CHARGES
  • LIFT GATE SERVICE -  If you don't have a way to unload the shipment and a lift gate is needed to bring down the load(s), you will be charge this fee. YOU ARE REQUIRED to let us know of this, BEFORE shipping.
  • LIMITED ACCESS LOCATIONS - Commercial establishments not having access to a loading/unloading dock or platform, include the following:
    • Airport deliveries
    • Construction sites
    • Government Facilities
    • Schools
    • Restricted areas

All orders are shipped on pallets via LTL Freight truck. We ship within 1-3 business days, Monday thru Friday, except holidays. If a delay happens, we will contact you to indicate the reason. Up to four 55-Gallon drums can be ship per pallet, anywhere in the continental US to the lower 48 states.

After placing your order, we will need to stay connected if any issues come up, please make sure you give us the correct person to contact and information. 

Collecting fees: If additional fees need to be collected, we will send a link via email with descriptions of the fees and order number reference.


Free order cancellation: PLEASE CALL (714) 379-9500.
We understand that cancellations will happen from time to time. If you need to cancel your order, you must do this BEFORE the order gets shipped. Ideally within 30 minutes to 2 hours of you placing the order. If shipment has taken place, there will be cancellation and return fees.


Shipping address
If you feel you typed the wrong address, please email us immediately, with the new address. Following the email, please call us at (714) 379-9500 to confirm that your email was received. If you do not, fees will incur.

Local delivery: Up to 30 Miles from 92647 - $145.00 


International customers: The only way to accept international order is for the customer to prearranged a pick up with a shipping broker or freight forwarder. 

Some shipping company will require booking number to accept your shipment if they do then we must add that on the shipment before we ship it. Online orders as shipping address put your name or business name C/O Freight forwarder address, and final shipping address add it on the shopping Cart comments box. Or email us your name and business name, Full address ,Phone number, Email address, Booking number, large overseas orders placed online without providing us critical information will be cancelled 3 business days.

DELIVERY NOTES

  1. Customer must check shipment for any damages before accepting it. Once delivered, customer accepts that the shipment was received in good condition.
  2. If you request a signature upon delivery, a person must be available to accept, inspect and print their full name.
  3. Every shipment is insured for the amount of the product.

REPORTING A DAMAGE:  

UPON DELIVERY - Inspect the shipment and its contents thoroughly for any damages to the merchandise.

    • i.e. if the box itself is damaged, have the driver note it on his paperwork copy or device. Take pictures to have proof of damage and contact the freight company right away.
    • Contact us right away but if that is not possible, please call us within 2 business days and we will ship a new order for FREE!

After you report damages, you must accept the shipment. This is for claim purposes. DO NOT refuse it or send back. Please keep the damages goods until the claim investigation is complete. IMPORTANT - If you DO NOT let the freight forwarder know of the damage or an inspection is not done before signing, you will lose the opportunity to start a claim with the freight company and will not receive the insurance benefits. 

RETURNS

  • If you were shipped the wrong item(s). We will accept responsibility of the return.
  • All other returns must be pre-authorized. Must be returned in the same, new condition it was received. Will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge.
  • Customer must pay for the return shipping cost.
  • HazMat shipments may not be returned for any reason. 
  • Custom orders cannot be returned under any circumstances. However, if you have questions, feel free to contact us.

REFUNDS will take 3-5 business days to fully process depending on your bank.
