Return/ Refund/ Exchange/ cancellation Policy

Please be sure to order the correct items and feel free to contact us with any questions prior to your purchase.

Returns (if applicable) 
You can cancel this order at any time until the order has been shipped. After the
order is shipped, you have 2 weeks to return any delivered product(s), but the product(s) must
be unopened and in resalable condition. On any returns after shipment, you would be
responsible for both the initial shipping charges, as well as any shipping charges incurred to
return the product to us, along with a 20 Percent restocking fee on the product
  • Returns are subject to 20% Re-stocking Fee. 
  • MUST be unused also in the original packaging.
  • Original Shipping Cost is not refundable.
  • Customer pays returning shipping cost ( Return shipping cost may vary from original shipping)

Order Cancellation (it is not a joke ) 
We understand mistakes happens if you feel you ordered the wrong item.

YOU MUST CALL US 714 379 9500 within 2 hours before we schedule it to be picked up by a carrier, once is on carrier hands  you will be Subject to Cancellation fee up to 10% plus  20% Re-stocking Fee and Original Shipping Cost is not refundable. 


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Contact us 714-379-9500

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund + 20% Re-stocking FEE

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
